- Metaphors! (Comparing unlike objects) Students listened to The Metaphor Family poem. They were then asked to pick out the metaphors and record them in their writing journals. We also read from The Yellow Dog.
FYI!
- Fun Friday is tomorrow for students who have all of their work completed and are passing their core classes. Students who are beginning to fall behind, at this point, may be asked to stay after school on Thursdays in order to be successful.
